- You receive two DVDs with each Option.
- Each additional DVD requested can be purchased for $10.00.
- You must provide the music or particular songs that will be used in the video slideshow.
- If pictures are not put onto a CD, and need to be scanned into the computer, a $10.00 charge will be added.
- There is a $1.00 charge per extra picture in each option.
- If shipping costs apply to your order, these will be discussed and added to your total cost.
- The customer will sign a contract form to be completed and signed when Memories In Motion receives the pictures and music. On the form, the customer will provide contact information, caption information, and will agree to pay for half of the video at the time the form is signed. The customer will receive the video slideshow after I have received full payment.
